SJ Feis Practice & Dress Sale
This Friday April 25 and next Friday May 2 we will have a feis practice at 5 p.m. for anyone in First Feis through Prizewinner. I will have a list as to what your child is signed up for.
We will also be having a dress sale simultaneously during both feis practices. If you are selling a dress, please label it in two places inside the dress with name, phone number and amount. Please note that school dresses (teal, or black velvet) CAN be worn for any level, however solo dresses can only be worn starting at the Novice level.

SJ Feis Volunteers
Volunteers for this year’s feis will be emailed within the next week. Please respond that you have received your email to save us from making phone calls. If you do not receive an email by Tuesday, April 29, please email feis@sheajennings.com. If anyone else would like to volunteer who does not have someone dancing at the feis, we welcome your help please email us at the same address.

Volunteer Needed
I also looking for an organized person that could serve on our PTA as someone to keep track of dresses (types/sizes) for future sale and exchange. If you are interested please call/email Cheryl Morrison 908-233-3216 cheryl@spssoftware.com.

Annual Recital
Our recital this year is Friday, May 30 at 7 p.m. Dress rehearsal is between 4 and 6 the same day more details to follow. Tickets will be on sale Friday May 9 from 5:30 – 7:00 and on Saturday May 10 from 12:30 until 1:30. If you cannot make either date please check the NEW Irish Dance bulletin board on wall upstairs near kitchen. We will have envelopes available that you can fill out name, phone number, number of tickets @ $12/each and you can put in payment box downstairs in office. Please make checks out to Deirdre Shea PTA. NO CASH PLEASE!

Recital/Dance Supplies
Please note that the Cameo Dance Wear Shop is located across the street from Yvette’s and will carry anything you might need for the recital. Mention that you are from the Deirdre Shea school and you will get 10% off. Also please be advised that Cameo will be carrying Irish Dance products such as CD’s poodle socks, hard and soft shoes coming soon.

Memorial Day Parade
Please sign your name on the NEW Irish Dance bulletin board (upstairs) as I need marchers for the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 26.

Summer Camp
There are still openings for Dance Camp! The weeks are July 14 – 18 and July 21 – 25. If you haven’t already signed up please send in your deposit ASAP.
